Hello, my name is Steven Wallace. I am the owner and operator of Help Me Steve. I started this company to use my many years of customer service and technical skills to help improve the way customers are treated.
The name Help Me Steve came to me after I realized I am the guy all of my friends and family call on to help with fixing things. Many of my skills were developed during the five years I was an apartment manager. I learned how to fix most everything you can find in a home and of course I was also the "pool guy" as well.
